Sara Pawlak-Williams is a leadership consultant, executive coach, and talent leader who partners with organizations to build clarity, capability, and resilient performance in complex environments. With nearly 20 years of experience across talent development, organizational effectiveness, and leadership strategy, she brings a rare combination of enterprise rigor and deeply human-centered practice.
Sara works with executives and leadership teams navigating growth, change, and increased complexity—helping them strengthen trust, align around strategy, and develop the leadership capabilities required to perform at scale. Her consulting and coaching engagements are highly bespoke, grounded in rigorous assessment, and designed to deliver practical, measurable outcomes for both individuals and organizations.
Sara is known for her ability to quickly diagnose organizational dynamics, translate strategy into actionable development priorities, and partner as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. She holds an MBA with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Change from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with extensive experience across leadership assessments and facilitation methodologies.
