Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yarrowleadership.com, including any courses, downloadable materials, and other content we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

About Our Courses

Yarrow Leadership offers online courses and educational resources designed for Learning & Development professionals. Course content is delivered through our website platform (Squarespace) and may include video lessons, downloadable workbooks, templates, and reference materials.

Course content is intended for educational and professional development purposes only. Nothing in our courses constitutes legal, financial, HR, or compliance advice. Always apply professional judgment to your specific organizational context.

Enrollment and Access

When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own professional development. Specifically, you may:

• Access course videos and materials through your enrolled account

• Download workbooks, templates, and other resources included with your purchase for your personal professional use

• Use frameworks and templates from the course in your own work

You may not:

• Share your account login credentials with others

• Reproduce, distribute, resell, or republish course content in any form

• Use course content to create competing educational products

• Screen-record or otherwise capture video content for redistribution

• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" means you retain access to the course materials for as long as Yarrow Leadership continues to offer the course. We reserve the right to retire courses with reasonable advance notice to enrolled students. In the event a course is retired, we will provide enrolled students with a reasonable opportunity to download their materials.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Refund Policy and EU/UK Consumer Rights

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you complete the course within 30 days of purchase and feel it did not deliver on its stated outcomes, contact us at sara@yarrowleadership.com and we will work with you to make it right — which may include a full refund at our discretion.

Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase, or requests that appear to be made in bad faith (for example, after downloading all course materials), may be declined.

EU and UK customers — 14-day right of withdrawal: If you are purchasing from within the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right under applicable consumer law to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the course content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived upon accessing the course. We will confirm this in your enrollment email. If you change your mind before accessing any course content, you may cancel within 14 days by contacting us at sara@yarrowleadership.com for a full refund.

The free toolkit download is provided at no charge and is not eligible for any refund.

Intellectual Property

All course content — including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, frameworks, templates, workbooks, and the design and structure of the course — is the intellectual property of Yarrow Leadership and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal license to use the materials, not ownership of the intellectual property. The frameworks and tools in this course were developed through original professional practice. Any resemblance to established frameworks in the learning and development field reflects common professional knowledge, not reproduction of proprietary third-party material.

Free Resources

Free resources such as the AI Implementation Toolkit are provided as-is, at no charge. By downloading a free resource, you agree to these Terms. Free resources are for your personal professional use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or incorporated into commercial products without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our courses and materials are provided "as is" and "as available." We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and quality, but we do not warrant that:

• Course content will be error-free or complete

• Applying course frameworks will produce any specific business outcome

• The site will be available without interruption

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yarrow Leadership disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yarrow Leadership will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the course giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, including how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, the lawful bases on which we process it, and your rights as a data subject under GDPR, UK GDPR, and applicable US state privacy laws.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

EU and UK customers: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Where those laws provide rights that cannot be contractually waived, those rights apply regardless of anything in these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
